The O'Brien Dennis Initiative (OBDI) is a nonprofit organization focused on addressing the challenges faced by intersex, transgender, and non-binary individuals through advocacy, education, and community engagement.

To advocate for the human rights and inclusion of intersex, transgender, and non-binary people by increasing public awareness, promoting equality, and providing access to essential resources and support.

A world where intersex, transgender, and non-binary people are recognized, respected, and fully included in all aspects of society.

Founded by O’Brien Dennis, an intersex and human rights activist, the Initiative was established to address the systemic neglect and discrimination faced by intersex people, especially in the Caribbean and African diaspora. Inspired by his lived experiences, Dennis created OBDI to provide a platform for advocacy, education, and healing.
