History and Background

Founded in 2014, Next Gen Men began as a youth-focused initiative in Canada to engage young men in discussions around gender, identity, and mental health. Over time, the organization has expanded its reach and programming to include community education and workplace consulting, all centered around fostering healthy masculinities and gender equity.
