The Canadian Association for Equality (CAFE) is a national educational charity that focuses on advancing equality for all Canadians, with a special emphasis on boys, men, and fathers.

To support all Canadians in achieving equality and inclusion through public education and outreach, with a focus on those who are underserved or misunderstood.

A Canadian society where all individuals—regardless of gender—can access opportunities, support, and justice equally and without bias.

Founded in 2011, CAFE emerged to address growing concerns about gender equality for men and boys. The organization has worked to shift public dialogue, engage in community outreach, and develop resources to support marginalized groups, particularly around fatherhood, education, and mental health.
