Founded in 1977 as “Free Men, Inc.” and later renamed the National Coalition for Men, NCFM is the oldest men’s rights organization in the United States. It has a long history of legal advocacy, public education, and outreach campaigns focused on gender equality for men and boys.
NCFM has been involved in numerous high-profile legal cases challenging gender bias, including lawsuits related to male-only military registration, domestic violence shelters, and false allegations. Its advocacy has influenced public discussions around gender equality.
