Advocating for the Equal Rights of Men and Boys

The National Center for Men is a nonprofit educational and advocacy organization focused on addressing gender equality issues as they affect men and boys, particularly in the areas of family law and reproductive rights.

To promote fairness and equal rights for men and boys in family law, reproductive choice, and other areas where they may face legal or social inequality.

A society in which gender equality includes full recognition of men’s rights and responsibilities, and where legal and cultural institutions treat all individuals fairly regardless of gender.

Founded in the early 1980s, the National Center for Men emerged in response to perceived imbalances in the legal system that affect men, particularly regarding child custody, paternity, and reproductive rights. The organization gained national attention through legal advocacy and media appearances highlighting men’s issues.
