Fathers Incorporated is a nonprofit organization focused on responsible fatherhood, aiming to strengthen families and communities by supporting and empowering fathers.

To engage, equip and empower a national network of fathers and male caregivers to be the best they can be for their children.

To create a world where fathers are seen, engaged, and empowered in the lives of their children, and where strong families and communities are built through responsible fatherhood.

Founded in 2004, Fathers Incorporated was established to address the lack of support and positive representation for fathers, particularly in communities of color. It has grown into a nationally recognized organization focused on improving father engagement, promoting family well-being, and shifting cultural narratives around fatherhood.
