Boys to Men (B2M) is a nonprofit mentoring organization dedicated to supporting teenage boys on their journey to becoming responsible, emotionally mature men.

To build communities of men who mentor teenage boys through intentional, connected, and compassionate relationships.

A world where every boy is supported by caring mentors to grow into his fullest potential.

Founded in response to the rising number of boys growing up without positive male role models, Boys to Men Northern California is part of a national network inspired by the original Boys to Men organization established in 1996. The NorCal branch focuses on providing consistent mentorship to middle and high school boys across the region.

B2M has supported hundreds of boys across Northern California, improving school engagement, emotional well-being, and interpersonal skills, while cultivating future community leaders.
